1. a joyful headmaster and faculty with a robust energy for forming young people and a passion for Catholic education in the spirit of our mission
2. a suitable location
3. that the school would be a source of hope for families and an opportunity for evangelization
4. that we find the supporters and benefactors to bring all of this to fruition.
